Ball mill rubber liner is a rubber material used at the both ends of the ball mill and cylinder. Ball mill rubber liner is suitable for wet grinding process.
Compared with manganese steel, the advantages of ball mill rubber liner:
1. Low energy consumption. The physical density of the rubber is one-sixth of the manganese steel, therefore reducing the mass of the cylinder and the load on the motor, and save electricity, that is to reduce the cost.
2. High abrasion resistance and impact resistance
Ball mill rubber liner adopts special formula, wear-resisting performance is greatly improved after the high-pressure vulcanization process. Its service life is 1.5-2 times of the manganese steel liner. Rubber's own unique elastic buffer greatly reduces the intense impact.
3. Low noise
The collision between steel and rubber reduces noise itself, and ball mill rubber also has soundproof effect. To some extent, it stimulates the enthusiasm of the staff, and indirectly increases production efficiency.
4. Easy to install
Ball mill rubber liner is of light quality, it doesn’t require special tools to install. More convenient, greatly reduce the downtime, and improved the operating efficiency of enterprises.
5. Corrosion-resistance
Manganese steel can produce chemical replacement reaction with acid, alkali and salt, which speeds up the liner wear.
6. Saving steel ball
Actual work estimates, compared with manganese steel liner, with an annual output of 100,000 tons of mines, rubber liner can save 150 thousand tons of steel balls.
