The Dynamo Platform Use: It is mainly used on the dynamic experiment of the machinery,the dynamos and the engines with a better flat stability and tenacity.And the T-slot and the bolt hole on its surface could be used for fixing the experiment equipments .Its precision could be processed into level 2,level 3 and the fine plane according to the requirements of the customers by the National Standard Metrological Verification.

The Dynamo Platform Material: Adopting the best quality of the high-intensity gray iron castings HT250-300 and the hardness of the working surface is HB200-240 and you need to anneal artificially twice(the artificial annealing:600 degrees--700 degrees) and the internal stress would be removed totally.This product owns the best property on the stable precision and fine abrasion.
The Dynamo Platform Specification:1000×1000—3000×6000（It could be jointed together if the test platform specification is a bit larger and the abnormal specification could be ordered by the drawings.
The Dynamo Platform Precision:Its precision could be processed into level 2,level 3 and the fine plane according to the requirements of the customers by the National Standard Metrological Verification.
The Dynamo Work Bench Surface Treatment:The T-slot and the bolt hole could be processed on the working surface of the machine tool process.In order to make sure the precision of the flat surface,we choose to adopt the artificial scrape and coat the rusty-proof paints after the casting sand is removed from the surface.

The Dynamo Platform Packaging:The wooden packaging.Make sure it will be packaged properly after the rusty-proof process is completed before packaging.In this way,we could avoid any harms to the products during the transportation.Offer a certificate for the qualified plates and the date of production and serial number of the products on this material after inspecting the plates.
The Dynamo Platform Technical Requirements:Those sand holes,pores,flaws,slag inclusion,shrinkage porosity,scratches,bruises,rusty spot and the other defects which might influence the appearance and usability should not be allowed to exist on the plate working surface.
The casting surface of this plate should be smooth and rid of the molding sand and secure with the covered paints.
The precision should be registered level 0-Level3 on the working surface of this plate.The sand holes whose diameter is less than 15mm could be jammed with the same material and the hardness should be less than the hardness of the material around it. The sand holes which has been jammed should be less than 4 and the space should be more than 80 mm.
The plate should be made of the fine and close gray cast iron and the hardness of the working surface should be 170-220HB.
The working surface of this plate usually adopts the scraping process and the maximum allowable value of the roughness of the level-3 working surface should be limited within 5um.
The working surface of this platform should be equipped with the color facing-up inspection if the scraping process is adopted.And any touching points of the 25mm×25mm size should be no more than 5 points.
The Dynamo Platform Instructions:
You should wash the rusty--proof oil clean and wipe this platform with the absorbent cotton before you use the dynamo platform.
The temperature variation would cause some deviation on the measurement and it should be used at the range of the 20±5℃.
Adjust the gradienter to a horizon level and make sure the fulcrum to be distributed uniformly.
You should be beware of the collision in the process of using this dynamo platform.
Wipe it clean after using this platform and apply the anhydrous acid rusty-proof oil and store it into a dry and clean place after you cover a moisture-proof paper on its surface.
