The Tooling Plate Standard: It is made by the national GB7947-1999 standard.Its working surface could be produced with a V-slot,T-slot,U-slot and the round and long holes in order to satisfy different requirements and needs in the daily work.
The Tooling Plate Material:It mainly adopts the high-intensity castings HT150-300 and the hardness of the working surface is HB170-350.

The Aging Importance Of The Sectional Tooling Platform:The castings plate should be processed with the artificial aging twice(annealing dispose)or the natural aging 2-3years so as to get rid of the partial white fractograph which rest on the interior of this platform and lower down the internal stress of the castings.In this way,the hardness and the abrasion of the castings platform surface to be improved greatly and make the castings plate/platform owns the best property on the stable precision and fine abrasion resistance.
