The T-slot plate is also called the T-slot platform and it is mainly served as the assembly and tuning for the power machinery equipment and the fixation to the power machinery equipment with a T-slot on its surface.It is also assembled to use if it is a little larger assembling platform. The T-slot platform is also called the T-slot plate,T-slot platform. It is mainly used for fixing the spare parts and it is also a basic platform to be served for the bench workers to tune,assemble and service those equipments.
The T-slot plate/platform usually adopts the high-intensity casting HT200-300 and the hardness of the working surface HB170-240 and you need to process them artificially twice(the artificial annealing:600 degrees--700 degrees/ the natural aging:2-3 years).This product owns the best property on the stable precision and fine abrasion resistance.
The T-slot plate/platform is classified into four levels:level 0,level 1,level 2,level 3 and implemented according to the National Standard Metrological Verification.

The T-slot Plate /Platform Technical Requirements:
The cosmetic defects such as the rust,scratch and bruise and the other common defects are not allowed on the working face of the T-slot plate.
The molding sand should be removed from the casting surface and make sure a smooth surface ,secure lacquering and all the edges should be fixed in the daily work.
The setting places of the handle or the hoisting or the threaded hole and the cylinder should be left on the both sides on the T-slot platform.The deformation which is caused by the hoisting should be considered in the process of setting place.
The T-slot plate should go through some stable treatments and the degaussing process.
The perpendicularity tolerance between the working surface of the T-slot platform and the sides or the neighboring side should be up to level 12(according to the stipulation of the GB1184-80 geometric tolerance).
