Steel castings themselves can participate in the general assembly without processing, such as track chains, etc., but most of the casting to be formed after processing parts, so casting is basically a rough machined parts, especially in some parts of high precision dimensional requirements, after processing in order to participate assembly, equipment is basically close to the device. So,what are the steel casting processes?

Process:
1.White foam mold making, casting system combination, gasification mold surface brush, spray paint and a special high-temperature drying.
2.Will be a special compartment flask on a vibrating bench, fill in the bottom sand (dry sand) tap, Calibrating, gasification will dry sand mold placed on the bottom, filled with dry sand, scrape fretting an appropriate time flat box mouth.
3.Covered with plastic film, placed pouring cup, then the vacuum system vacuum suction, dry sand molding fastening for casting, white mold vaporized away the molten metal replaces its position.
4.Release the vacuum, to be cast after condensation turned boxes, loose dry sand from the casting is removed.
