Cast Copper AlloyFor the production of copper alloy castings. Most cast copper alloy can not be pressure processed, such as cast bronze and cast bronze (Cu5Sn5Zn5Pb), poor ductility of these alloys, the pressure can not be processed. Cast bronze, cast aluminum bronze, cast brass mainly used as bearings bush, bushings, linings, bearings, gears, pipe fittings and so on. Cast copper alloys are widely applied in arts, ancient bronzes is a typical example.

Features and Scope:Have high mechanical properties and corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance is better, good machinability.

Characteristics and scope of application:

ZCuSn10Pb1 casting of copper alloy high hardness, excellent wear resistance, not easily get killed phenomenon, have good casting performance and machining performance, in the air and water, and good corrosion resistance. ZCuSn10Pb1 casting of copper alloy can be used in high load (below 20 mpa) and high sliding speed (8 m/s) of work under the wearing parts, such as connecting rod, bushings, bearings, gears, worm gear, etc.
